SOL EXPRESS WARRANTY
Sol Express generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
SOL EXPRESS RETURN POLICY
Customers requesting a refund or replacement are required to notify Sol Express within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the item if it arrived damaged or faulty.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Customers must have followed the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Customers must follow the return instructions as follows by providing:
- a full and precise description of the fault or damage
- a statement as to whether they are requesting a replacement or a refund
- images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damaged item
- a copy of the tax invoice or other proof of purchase
NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL
Refunds generally take up to 5 working days to process and we will notify the customer once the process is complete. An additional 5 working days will be required for the customer’s financial institution to process the refund.
